The days are shrinking, daylight savings time is ending, the temperatures are dropping and the air is drying. Autumn is here!

Now is the best time to repair and rejuvenate your skin and take a closer look at correcting any skin damage from the amazing Summer season that we had as well as prepping your complexion for the Winter ahead.

Hydration is now key, and luckily, we’ve got heaps of treatments, products and advice available to add into your skincare routine that will carry you through the cooler months.

1. EXFOLIATE
You may think that exfoliation can exacerbate dryness? In reality, it’s the best way to treat parched, flaky skin. Post-Summer skin might be dehydrated and sallow - it’s really important to get rid of those dead and damaged skin cells by exfoliating. This preps the skin to absorb more moisture and your nourishing skincare products will be more effective!

2. MOISTURISE

Despite using suncream on your skin (which we hope you’ve been religious with!), the sun can cause serious dehydration - especially with the Summer we’ve had - so get your skin hydration in order before we head deep into Winter.
