Why have we launched a monthly Skincare Membership?


We have the long-game in mind, and so should you. 'Short term pain, long term gain' isn't the motto of any good skincare programme, so we're embracing the 'slow and steady wins the race' approach.


Our new membership is our answer to providing you with our full treatment menu and products at affordable rates with the long-game sitting front and centre. No two skins are the same, and our goal is to guarantee you're receiving a tailor-made skin journey while maintaining and developing your in-salon and at-home treatment plan with regularity.

What will you receive from signing up to our monthly Skincare Membership?


Every month, for $135, you will receive your tailored facial which may also include a check up under the Observ skin imaging device to see your progress. Your facial time will include whichever treatments and peels are required to achieve the best results for you during the session so you may have a peel, microdermabrasion or LED Light therapy included in your time spent with us.


You'll also receive the following discounts:

  • 10% off any advanced skin therapies with us - this includes Skin Needling with the Dermapen 4 device, IPL Skin Rejuvenation Therapy and any other high strength peels and/or eye masks and facial enhancement add-ons.
  • 10% off all products in salon




Plus, we won't tie you into any long term contracts, if you need to pause or leave your membership, we're happy to make those changes for you!

Terms and conditions


  1. Your first month starts from the day you purchase your $135 skin membership and is re-charged on the first of every calendar month thereafter.
  2. Your monthly membership fee of $135 is redeemable off your first tailored membership facial every month. It is not redeemable on products.
  3. No contracts; you may cancel any time. We require that you provide a minimum of 2 business days notice..
  4. You are able to freeze your membership for up to 2 consecutive months at a time and up to 6 months in any 12 month period. We require that you provide a minimum of 2 business days notice.
  5. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts are only available on full priced treatments and products. If already discounted, the lesser of the two prices will apply.
  6. Exclusive member-only offers are available only until stocks last in the case of products.
  7. If you are unable to attend the salon to redeem your monthly subscription fee, you may offer it to a friend or family member.
  8. Monthly subscription fees cannot be carried over from month to month.
  9. The Beauty Lounge reserves the right to change or terminate the skin membership programme at any time with a minimum one month’s notice provided to all members.

So, why is Winter perfect for your IPL treatments? It’s important to avoid as much sun exposure as possible, so Winter is the best time to get your IPL sessions started as ideally your skin needs to be free of any tan. Our Anthelia IPL machine is able to work on darker skin tones and lighter hair colours, but the treatment is most effective when the skin is at its fairest - in Winter! It’s strongly suggested that the treatment area stay out of the sun afterwards as well, so the perk of winter is that we have none! IPL works by using high-intensity pulses of visible light to improve the appearance of the skin, treat specific skin concerns and remove hair. It targets the lower layers of skin (dermis) without affecting the top layers of skin (epidermis). This provides a non-invasive treatment that is the perfect choice for treating all forms of sun damage, pigmentation, broken capillaries, ageing skin concerns and, of course, for your hair removal needs. IPL targets the colour/melanin in the skin, so it just makes it easier for the light to target the hair follicles if the surrounding skin colour is easily distinguishable from the hair. No tan = better results. For the average client, we expect to see results between 6-8 sessions on IPL which is followed by maintenance sessions every 6 - 12 months or so.
